Product and fit

What the workspace is, who it serves and what the public product views mean.

What is Entekka?

Entekka is a shared operating workspace for football agencies. It brings player, club, transfer, request, reminder, document, legal, finance and follow-up context into one place so the team can see who owns the next action.

Who is Entekka built for?

Entekka is built for football agencies. Agents, scouts, legal and finance collaborators, operations teams and agency leaders can work from shared records while keeping responsibilities clear.

Which workflows are available during private beta?

During private beta, Entekka is testing player and club records, transfers, requests, reminders, documents, legal work, finance context and follow-ups. The modules and configuration available to an agency are confirmed during rollout, so not every beta workspace will include every work area.

Are the public product screens the live app?

No. The public product screens are representative mockups of Entekka workflows. They show the intended operating model, but do not promise that every illustrated feature, screen, automation or integration is included in a private-beta workspace.

Rollout and existing data

How access starts, what setup involves and how existing records are reviewed.

How do agencies get access?

During private beta, agencies join the waitlist and access is released through a controlled, guided rollout. Entekka confirms the first workflow, participants and data boundaries before production use begins.

How long does setup take, and what happens during rollout?

There is no universal setup-time promise. Entekka reviews the agency's first workflow, owner, representative records and access needs, then configures and reviews the workspace with the team. The current preparation steps are explained on the onboarding page.

Can we bring existing players, clubs, deals and documents?

Yes, representative records can be reviewed and mapped during rollout. The available path depends on source format, data quality, sensitivity and the agreed first workflow; Entekka does not currently promise a universal self-service importer.

Which integrations are currently available?

Entekka does not currently publish a blanket promise of Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Slack or scouting-platform sync. Required connections and any manual preparation are confirmed during rollout before the agency relies on them.

Privacy, security, sharing and AI

How private work, access, data rights and assisted workflows are handled.

Are private agency records shared with other agencies?

No. Private requests and agency records are organization-scoped. Community requests are a separate, intentional shared workflow, and the visibility of information is explained before an agency uses that workflow.

How are accounts and agency workspaces protected?

Accounts use Clerk-backed authentication, organization membership, organization-aware route and API checks, and server-held credentials. The current controls and boundaries are documented on the security page; Entekka does not claim a SOC 2 or ISO certification it has not obtained.

Who owns our information, and how are export and deletion handled?

The agency retains its rights in the information it provides. Export, return, retention and deletion arrangements are confirmed in the rollout agreement and the Data Processing Agreement, with the current general position described in the Privacy Notice.

How is AI used?

AI is used to assist selected operating workflows, with human review required. It does not replace legal, medical, regulatory or other professional judgment, and the relevant providers and data boundaries are documented before production use.

Pricing, support and commercial terms

How seats, support and the end of a customer relationship are handled.

How are seats and billing structured?

Starter and Pro are priced per named workspace user with monthly or annual billing, while Enterprise scope is priced separately. Current public amounts and the annual option are shown in pricing, and final commercial terms are confirmed before a paid rollout begins.

What support is included?

Starter includes email support, Pro includes priority support, and Enterprise support terms are confirmed commercially. Entekka does not promise a response time or service level unless it appears in a signed agreement.

What happens if an agency stops using Entekka?

Account closure, data return or export, retention and deletion are handled under the signed rollout agreement and Data Processing Agreement. The exact process is confirmed for the agency's configuration before production use.
