A few useful details.

Is Finance connected to our bank account?

These workflows are based on invoices, expenses and payment records entered in the workspace. They should not be read as a bank balance or bank reconciliation service.

What can we explore in a Finance demo?

Bring your collection, commission or expense workflow. The walkthrough can cover invoice ownership and follow-ups, planned instalments, expense review and accountant exports. Finance is in guided private beta; access and enabled workflows are confirmed for your agency before activation.

Does marking an invoice as sent email it to the recipient?

No. Marking it as sent records its status. Sending an invoice or a follow-up remains a separate action that your team controls.

How should we read amounts in different currencies?

Review figures in their stored currency. A total for one currency should not be interpreted as a converted or combined total across currencies.
